  • How many party guests can I have?
    We ask no more than 25 guests. Thank you!
  • What if my party is outside?
    We will totally 100% perform outside! Our princesses love the outside.
  • Do the princesses accept gratuity?
    Of course! Our princesses humbly accept gratuity, but it is never required (not added in total). If you wish to give your princess a tip, talk to her at the end of the party (when payment is due) and she will appreciate it.
  • What can we provide for the princess?
    We kindly ask to provide the princess with water, all that play can make our character thirsty! We also ask to get all the kids together for the princess's arrival. We don't want them to miss the moment! We also ask to provide a nearby plug (to plug in our awesome CD player). If a plug is no where near the proximity, please provide an extension cord. Please, also, allow enough time between the princess's arrival and lunch/dinner. If you are having an outdoor party, please see our weather policy below. Last but not least, don't forget the camera! Go ahead and take pictures of your little one!
  • What do you bring to the parties?
    We always come prepared. In our magic bag, we always carry with us the princess's interactive book, supplies needed for any of the games/adventures, our special CD, and our CD player. We also always bring our own hair supplies (each deep cleaned) for braiding and if added to the party, face paint. We only use non-toxic, hypoallergenic face paint. For the coronation, we also bring a special crown for your child and we always provide a small gift for the child, hand-picked by our performer, each different.
  • How does booking work?
    It's simple. Booking begins with you going to 'inquire about your party', where you will complete the form. The form will help us put together your party together. The form also will have us see as well if the time and date is available. If the date is unavailable, we will email you directly and try to do as much as we can for you. We ask that you book at least 2 weeks ahead of time; this makes it more likely for you to get the desired date. ​ When you have submitted your form, we always ask you allow 24 hours or less to get a response. We always respond as soon as possible with a confirmation email and directions on what to do next. If you have any questions about anything at all, please feel free to shoot over an email to us. We do not have an automated email system, so you will always be speaking to one of our staff members. ​ If you would like to speak to any of our princesses directly, please call us at 949-456-4393 or contact us on the contact us page.
  • What is your 'weather policy'?
    "The show must go on!" is what we performers say, even through some tough weather. But, for the safety of our performers and you, we will not perform in weather that exceeds 90 degrees or is under 60 degrees. Although the cold doesn't bother us and we love to be in summer all year round, we always think of what is best for everyone at the party. If this is the case, we highly recommend checking the weather before booking on the date and having an alternative indoor venue. We always recommend keeping parties indoors, but if you choose to keep your party outside, we ask that it be free of mud, dirt, etc. Dresses and wigs can be at risk of getting ruined in these circumstances.
  • How do I know my performer will show up?
    We always show up! So, you never have to have a worry that our performer will not show up. If our performer is running late (traffic, running late from a previous party, she froze her sister's heart, etc), she will always call you or text you.
  • What if I want to book two days before the party or a year in advance?
    We always ask to book no more than 2 weeks before the party. But if you are in a time crunch, call us and we will try to make it work. If you would like to book the party in advance, shoot us an email or even call us. We will do whatever we can to make it work for you.
  • Can I have a princess come to a charity, public event, or school?
    ABSOLUTELY! We love to perform at events whether they are big or small. Please contact us to arrange any public events/school events/charity events.
  • How do I pay? Can I use debit/credit cards?
    Yes! If you plan to pay with card, we ask that you book with us on Gigsalad.com.
  • Are the costumes shown in the pictures the ones that will be at the party?
    Yes, of course! We take our pictures and do our makeup the same way we do for the actual party. If the costume changes in any way, we will update our pictures. If you want to see our princess in action, visit the page on our website called Princess Portfolios.
  • Are you associated with the Disney company?
    We are in no way associated with the Disney company. If characters look similar, it is highly coincidental.
